A Typical Day

9:00 AM

Students at Eden Hill rise at about 9:00 and have breakfast.

10:00 AM

At 10:00 students attend their morning activity, either with the horses or English lessons. This lasts for 3 hours, until 13:00, lunch-time.

13:00 PM - Lunch Time

Lunch-time gives the students two hours free, until 15.00

15:00 PM

At 15:00 students do the activity that they haven't done in the morning, again for 3 hours.

18:00 PM

The main activities of the day are finished at 18:00, which gives the students time to shower, change clothes, do English homework, and relax after a good day's work.

20:00 PM

Dinner, the main meal of the day, is served at about 20:00, and after dinner a supervised activity is proposed to the students, indoors or outdoors, weather permitting..

Swimming is available in the indoor pool in Mallow and the weekends involve an excursion and maybe a trip to the local cinema, a local event, horse-racing etc. The students are accompanied on all these trips outside of Eden Hill and may not leave the farm unaccompanied at any time.
